AVE Clifton — Local services in Clifton

We came to AVE Clifton in May to get a tour and confirm our booking for the next 6-ish months. We met with Leslie and I noticed how he greeted all the residents we came in contact with by name- I wondered if we would ever get to that level with the staff, seeing as though we were planning on being there just a short time. Well we did within a matter of days because these people go above and beyond for the residents. I started taking the dog and baby up to the front for afternoon chats to help the day go by a little quicker. We met so many great neighbors and other families who were there relocating, in between moves, and the long term residents who made us feel at home, etc. We loved their community events each month. We had such a great experience, Valentina was (still is) our favorite. She’s our MVP. We love Coleen and Leslie and the front of house staff. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are all so friendly- everyone greets you with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about AVE Clifton. If i could give 10 stars i would! My family and i stayed at The Ave for about 7 months during our transition after selling our home. The experience we had at The Ave was amazing. We definitely felt at home. The amazing smell and cleanliness throughout the entire building show the quality and attention they stand by. The amenities and staff are amazing.The Maintenance team are on point with any requests made. Especially Henry and Jonathan. Before you know it, they were at your door ready to take care of whatever you needed. The coffee and tea bar were absolutely a plus. I cannot say enough about Lesley!! He was amazingly patient and accommodating with us throughout our entire stay. He always has a smile and is ready to help you with anything you may need. Colleen was amazing too! Great property, great location and great service! I sold my house and needed a furnished property to live in while I looked for a new place. I was very pleased with the quiet and safe location. The one bedroom fully-furnished apartment was so clean and well-appointed and had every possible thing I could need. I was able to settle in quickly and was relaxing on the balcony within hours. The well-cared for furniture and linens made it feel like a high end hotel suite while still feeling like a home. Washer and dryer, fully appointed kitchen with all the gadgets, all bills paid, housekeeping, dog friendly, pool, fitness center, speedy internet and plentiful off street garage parking too! Lyndsey Jordan and Lesley Charles was always accessible and responsive. My 8 month stay at the Ave Clifton flew by and I was actually a little sad to leave.
