Pepe service was great we were passing through from Philadelphia to Connecticut and saw an add online. Pepe's price could not be beat, so we stopped in and bought a Down Draft Range sight on seen. We required a specific down draft range because we removed a wall and had no top vent. When we got back to Connecticut we realized a very important part (The blower motor) was missing from the packaging. We could not just drive back to pick up. Pepe was extremely responsive in resolving the issue, and sent the part to us via UPS. We had to call back a few times during the installation and Pepe was very responsive. Amazing experience! Needed a new stove and at first I was confused since this wasn't a typical specialty. Found this place from an ad and decided that I would come here. Very nice and welcoming right through the front door. I was greeted and at first I looked around but eventually I was approached by Pepe and I explained my situation (Needing a stove for a home re-decoration).
