I went to this store yesterday in hopes of getting two toys for my younger cousins. As I was at the check out, the lady there seemed to be unaware of how to properly use the system. She charged me once and said it didnât go through. She then tried to charge me a following three more times. Eventually I was confused as to why my card wasnât going through and I look at my bank statements, and I was charged. I was explaining to the staff that I was charged a sum of money multiple times and they looked at me like I was crazy. So I ask for the manager and this lady who comes is completely unhelpful and uninterested in her job. She tells me that the money that was approved and taken out of my account will return the next day. Following day comes, and the money is still taking out of my account. I had ask what I should do if this happened and she basically told me that thatâs on me and to call my bank. The entire time the staff was rude and definitely didnât have the customers interest in mind. I am currently a broke college student and the money I was spending was sent by my parents to buy these gifts. I am very disappointed as I have bought 100+ dollars of items here over the course itâs been open with my family. They have lost a valued customer andI will be filing a complaint to corporate and customer services as this store is completely unhelpful and disrespect filled with employees who do not want to do their job. I even tried to prove to them I was charged and I was met with faces looking at my like I was crazy. I would recommend never coming to this store as their staff is not helpful and will make you the problem rather than focus on the customers interest. I ended up leaving with nothing, and multiple charges. The only charged that was declined was for .5 cents and they said it would be returned to me. Great. My checked my account was drained and I received nothing for it, nor will I receive my money back from my bank bc they didnât even give me a receipt only a blank piece a paper with no items or proof of charges that said the transaction...

I bought candles, clothes, Owala water bottles, sleepwear, Bombas socks, Rifle Paper Co. sticky notes and a note pad, and a few other items. Looking for a Jellycat? Hallmark items? Beautiful jewelry for all ages? They have it all, and more...the list is endless. There are gifts available in a wide price range for anyone on your gift list, and always a helpful, knowledgeable team member to provide any assistance you may need. Everyone was so friendly, yet professional! I LOVED that they offered to wash out the Owala bottles that I bought for my daughter and I, so we could use the phenomenal Hydration Station to use them right away...you MUST try it! I highly recommend the Strawberry Lemongrass infused water...naturally essenced of course...or pick plain water, or any one of the other flavors...don't miss this. Go visit this awesome store as soon as you can! I will definitely be frequenting Uncharted in Clifton...
   Read moreI wanted to bring a situation to your attention. I recently tried on clothes in your store and accidentally left my work shirt in the dressing room. My husband called shortly after to ask if anyone had found it, and the employee he spoke with said she had thrown it away because it âlooked dirty.â
I was surprised and disappointed by how this was handled. The item was left behind for less than 24 hours, and it should have been placed in a lost and found rather than discarded. The employeeâs response came across as dismissive and unhelpful she also works in the clothing department and was unhelpful when I was there , and looked disinterested in doing her job. I wanted to share this so management is aware, as Iâm sure this isnât the level of service your store aims to provide.
Id appreciate it if you could look into this matter and clarify what steps can be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers.
