Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Clinton Township

while I was in the store purchasing items which I frequent wild bills locations due to the great deals, I was met with a extremely rude employee she was a young woman with blonde curly hair and glasses was extremely disrespectful someone else and that entered the store with me she insisted that if I were to purchase anything she would need to see both my ID and the other person or she wouldn’t sell me anything even though the other guy was not purchasing anything then she slammed a paper in front of me extremely disrespectful when I mentioned, I knew Eric and Simon, she insisted that they were going to get fired after her attitude. I was willing to leave and go to another store due to the fact that she already had everything wrong up complied to make her power trip successful on her end. She must be really miserable at this job and most likely McDonald’s would be a better fit for her with this attitude. I don’t see it taking her very far in life, most professional and polite. I’ve never seen her at the store before, but she is the complete opposite rude disrespectful, not personable and has a really big attitude wild bills please do better as I frequent your stores often and I never deal with this type...

I entered the shop with another person. I was looking at glass, which I was about to purchase some thing then I noticed the cashier at the register is being very rude to another customer which she requested my ID as she said that I came in with the other person was very rude she slammed a paper down in front of him and myself With the store policy, she was being very rude with him the whole time and I heard her say something about the two main managers being fired the ref in terms of the girl was blonde with glasses and curly hair because of her actions today this store has lost two customers Do better wild bills……. It smelled like weed masked up with the smell of fish and cheese…… almost...

This was my third time visiting this location. I did have another one that was .7 miles closer to my home; but I went out of the way because of how I was treated previously. Two of those times the manager Gary has assisted me. Each visit has been pleasant! The staff is friendly and educational. Gary went out of his way to help with my many questions. I think the extra kindness they show is worth going literally the extra mile for well almost mile. I will be returning there for all my smoking needs. They have a cigar or tobacco section in the back. And a lot of stuff was on sale even thought the prices were already good. On the side, I just want to say thank you Gary making...
