China Buffet — Restaurant in Clinton

My family received good news, so we decided to patronize our local Chinese restaurant. Upon entering the establishment, I politely asked the cashier if they had a restroom, to my surprise she replied, only for paying customers. I responded by saying I was a customer, and wanted to freshen up before ordering. Another person in our party who didn't attend the restroom stated that she watched me walk to the bathroom, and was locked in, waiting for me to appear again, as if I were up to something 🙃 After coming back up to the front counter to order, she was rushing me and was very rude in providing feedback on the questions I had pertaining to the menu and portion sizes. Our food came out the kitchen fast, almost too fast🤔 As I checked my order I noticed that the General Tso chicken sauce was very light, and I didn't see the usual peppers and broccoli. She was very sarcastic when I asked her was this General Tso chicken. Upon returning home and tasting the food, the rice was not completely cooked, the chicken was disgusting and too sweet, and the egg roll was dry with hardly any filling inside. This was the WORST experience ever! Needless to say, I will be telling everyone I know not to patronize this...

I am livid. My children and I came by to eat dinner tonight thirty minutes before close and when I got my ticket I was shocked! Nothing we had was fresh, which I expected because they were about to close. My children are ages 10, 9, 7 and 2. My 9 year old didn't even eat because he does not like oriental food. My 10 year old and 7 year old ate good, but I have NEVER been charged for a 2 year old at a buffet before and they charged me $7.95 for my TWO YEAR OLD to eat 1 small bowl of rice and a small bowl of ice cream. I will never ever go back. To me that is extremely ridiculous. I paid $66 for 4 plates of food. My 1st and last visit to the place! The food is too greasy & not the best taste! When I checked out, the cashier told me my card wasn't going thru, I know I have plenty money/credit on that card, so after 2nd attempt I paid cash. I was about to pull out my parking space with I got a notification that my card has been charged by China Buffet. I went back in to tell the cashier, but she proceed to tell me she didn't charge my card & it must be pending. I showed her where it shows the transaction as completed.
