This location continues to do dishonest business by selling specialty pizzas with missing ingredients but never telling the customer. Recently I bought two large greek pizzas and when my family and I took our first slices (4 - 5 total) we realized there was no feta cheese on the greek pizza. This has happened before. This time I took the pizzas back! When I returned them the manager/s admitted they had been out of feta cheese for “a long time” but they still refused to return my money even though they KNEW what they had done. This store is badly run. Whoever owns the franchise needs to stop thieving from the locals. If I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they were out of pepperoni even though it’s only one ingredient missing would it be ok that they sold me the pizza anyway?! No! Because that would make it a cheese pizza and not a pepperoni pizza! So, since I bought a Greek pizza I want what I ordered or give me my money back! But, THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY CASH PAYMENT!!!!!! I did NOT order a custom order, I ordered an ACTUAL pizza from their OWN MENU and it was NOT MADE CORRECTLY! Again, this has happened more than once! This selling of a false product in hopes no one will figure it out is not acceptable. I want my money back, Mazzios. I don’t want a coupon. I don’t want free pizzas. I want my money back! And I’m done dealing with these lying, cheating, thieves!
UPDATE: Notice the fake auto-response. I went online as requested, corporate has the online order number, my order, the day, the time, the on-duty manager name in the picture attached, my name, my phone number and still no one has called me to come get the $39 dollars they own me for returning a...
Read moreI came to redeem my birthday coupon on 11/23/24 at 1:10 at the MAZZIOS in Clinton,MS the afternoon after my workout. Upon entering eatery immediately was present with an attitude from the cashier (big black girl with tattoos on arms. She didn’t give name nor have a name take that seen). I tried to at least make her smile by stating “ik you don’t want to be here” and she plain as day said “No I DO NOT”.
She proceeded to ask me what I wanted and I said buffet while also stating I had my birthday coupon, I get coupons all the time so it shouldn’t have been an issue. She told me that it “ has to be printed” which in days past all I had to do was present my phone with a clearly stated code for them to typed in. The digital coupon doesn’t state “it has to be printed at all”.
Lastly I just walked out and am currently sitting in the parking lot at 1:20pm doing this review. If you have employees that don’t want to work hire ones that will while of course paying a fair wage.
Hopefully the franchise owner sees this and rectifies the issue. I do know of him and have met him quit a few times while dining in his establishment over the year his...
Read moreMade an attempt to utilize a Birthday coupon offer that I was sent on 6.18 via email. Per the email, it says to show the email to redeem the offer. I arrive at this location only to find out that I needed to print out the email instead. It is not printed anywhere on the offer, email or inside this location that in order to redeem an email offer, it has to be printed out. I spoke with two Managers who them passed the phone to their GM Wayne. Wayne informed me that he told his crew to only accept printed offers that are sent via email. This is misleading since the email didn't not state this and there isn't any signage printed or hung anywhere about the specifics for this location. I was told that a printed version of the offer is needed to void it out in the system. The offer does not have a barcode printed on it for them to scan. There's the expiration date and coupon code printed on the offer for them to refer to when looking up the coupon in their system. The code is there so that it wouldn't be duplicated or reused. This location made their own rules and did not care for the inconvenience. I will never visit this location again. Very...
