I promise you will not find a better butcher shop! I have been to several butchers across the state and none come close to providing the quality and service that Paul and Jay do.

I have been a regular for almost ten years now and I don't have a single complaint. Their steaks speak for themselves with all that gorgeous marbling but I am just as impressed with their other meats. The chicken is the best I have ever had - no joke, my family can't eat chicken from anywhere else anymore because there's such a noticeable freshness/cleanliness. The breakfast sausage is unbelievable - blows any local diner breakfast sausage out of the water (use it in your holiday stuffing, trust me). Burgers and hot dogs are phenomenal - I can't tell you how many people have approached me at a BBQ to tell me it's the best burger they've ever had. When available, don't pass up the Brats - they have such an unique and tasty herb blend. I could go on and on but those are definitely the items that stick out to me.
