I was very disappointed during my visit on 8/8/2024. I haven't been here in years and I won't ever be back after the experience!
My husband, daughter, and I had pedicure appointments. I booked the appointments on 7/9/2024. That's over 4 weeks in advance. When we arrived, every pedicure chair was full and we were told we couldn't sit together. That's the reason I booked so far in advance. We wanted to do this together. When I questioned, I was told they were busy and there wasn't room. My husband and daughter had to wait a good 15 minutes to be taken back for their pedicure. My pedicure was basically done as they were just starting. Nancy rushed through my daughter's pedicure and wasn't particularly friendly to my daughter. She seemed annoyed to have to do a 13 year old's pedicure. My daughter was looking forward to a nice experience and Nancy's pedicure was far from it. I don't know who I had, but my polish was all over my skin on my toes and I had to fix it when I got home! My toes were a mess! It wasn't worth my time asking for them to be fixed there...I just wanted to leave as soon as we were all done! My husband had Julie and he was the only one who had a good pedicure experience.

Read moreI went here the other day and was very disappointed with the experience. I called in advance to confirm they had availability in which they said I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes. Everyone was working and no one let me know that there would be a wait let alone for how long. I was pretty much just sitting there being ignored. I almost got up and left. Finally, someone directed me to the pedicure tub where I sat waiting for another 15 minutes before someone decided to start my pedicure.
It was probably the worst pedicure I ever received, far from "serenity." The technician literally was dumping acetone on my toes before she was trying to remove the nail polish with a cotton pad. She was not gentle and very rough throughout the entire pedicure which I had never experienced before. I understand that she was in a hurry but the pedicure was far from relaxing and just super rushed. Needless to say, I will definitely not be returning here...

Jenny denied changing my pedi polish for free and wanted to charge me. Might I add they were not busy and she was not booked at the time. Just sitting on her phone. Although it was Jenny's misguidance, which she doubled down on, that lead me to my unwanted initial polish choice. Kandace generously offered to change my pedi polish in her place. After an hour of a gel manicure we were about to change my pedi polish to find the toe polish was not hard and could simply be pushed off. I took a closer look at my toes at that time and was also unhappy with the application seeing missing spots in the edges of my smaller toes. Truly exceptional customer service from Kandace and a very disappointing treatment of a long term client by Jenny. I don't understand why clients aren't valued and definitely doubting the quality of service provided by Serenity...
