Sears Appliance Repair — Local services in Clinton

Sears is the absolute worst servicing company. First tech ordered one part and scheduled a new appt. Second tech said, no, it needed another part. Ordered and set a new appt. That part was more expensive and when it came in, it didn’t fix the problem. So new appointment. First tech again. Ordered the original part- again. No refund for more expensive part. Fifth appointment to install part- no show despite getting confirmation text from Sears that we had an appointment. You can’t call anyone except thru the corporate line which is a nightmare to try and get a human. I will never ever use Sears again. What a waste of money and time. Oh, and my oven still...
