First time coming through, as I was ordering I had some questions and the lady was nice and helpful. We pull up and I talk to the employee, a nice older woman who greeted us well. Once I paid I noticed it asked for a tip, well I DO NOT TIP when there is no reason to so I hit none, this is when things changed. I handed the payment device back and her attitude changed immensely. She went from pleasant to short and uncaring.
The food took a good while to get, longer than it should have imo. When she was done cooking (I assume only 1 employee working everything?) she opens the window says “here you go” thrusting the bag towards us and gives me our drink which was dripping with water that looked less than clean. Her entire demeanor changed after the no tip, which is absurd and a great way to not have return customers.
The food was alright, the “Waco” is pretty much just an egg in a tortilla with mayo, in fact everything just had a bunch of mayo. The kids meal is nothing, literally just a few item from the menu, not kid portioned just all regular. We don’t try their salads but I’m not sure I’ll be back tbh, tips are optional and shouldn’t even be expected in this type of restaurant. For someone as established in life as this lady to have such a change from seeing no tip is pretty sad, and as someone who worked food for 15 years from the bottom to top positions, this is the type of employee (if not an owner based on her age) that I would be wary about working...

A very unique menu, consisting of salads, either a wedge, or mixed salad, with a variety of styles. For example, they have a Greek salad with lamb meat, southwestern salad with pork burnt ends, a giant sword named “Elaine’s giant salad” likely after the Seinfeld episode. Other menu items include 22 varieties of soft, serve ice cream, as well as some variations of “proteins“ which have not yet been revealed, but will be released on Monday, January 15.
I ordered the bacon, blue wedgy, and was not disappointed. Fresh ingredients, including spinach, Romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, red onions, and a creamy blue cheese dressing with blue cheese, crumble and crispy bacon. All for seven dollars, not bad. If you get a combo, it comes with freshly made hummus And a side of pita bread cut into triangles, known as “pita chips“. All in all very fresh and flavorful, with just the right blend of dressing and toppings. Prices are reasonable, and the menu has a nice variety and fun sense of humor. A fresh alternative to greasy fast foods, I hope that this local invention takes off and they are...
Read more2025 update - the kiosk is gone, you now order inside. AND, there is a small space to eat inside. Still love Elaine's BIG salad, and tried the Eggy- so yum and warm.
2024 review- I am eating really clean and this came up when I searched for a healthy restaurant. The establishment shares a building with Fizz so it's painted to reflect the uniqueness of each. There is a shared patio with some metal tables with umbrellas, and metal chairs. I visited in a cloudy summer day and the furniture was comfortable. There didn't appear to be a place to go inside as there was a ad hoc kiosk to order- a tablet and a credit card processor. The ordering got a little confusing when I skipped some "required" input for the order but there was no reminder or directional message pointing me to those fields, so I looked fmto pay for my meal prematurely which was temporarily frustrating. It WAS convenient to see all my choices and prices with touch of the finger and I would have missed something if a teenage waiter/waitress had presented the same info. As stated, I was interested in veggies and ordered their largest salad adding as many veggies as allowed. The order did not disappoint. It just felt weird that while I waited they also served huge ice cream cones and several Fizz drinks walked by. Thankfully I'm past the temptation stage for sweets, but...
