They are lucky I have to at least give 1 star, because the haircut I received was negative stars....

To start this, I walk into the store. Employee sitting on a chair, under a blanket, on her phone. GREAT! This is very welcoming!

Next, I get told what to do while said employee cannot even look up from her phone.

I sit down, explain that I would like a TRIM. Maybe a tick over an inch at most. Given my usual hair length sits around 6-8in. typically. Which was well communicated on my end. I stated, "How my hair is now, is how I always wear it." which was noted.

This employee proceeds to grab the largest chunks of hair she can grab from the back, and just starts chopping like she is trying to get as much done in as little time as possible. Which in response I said, "What are you doing?" and was left with a, "oh okay" Does not touch any of the hair on my neck, leaves my sideburns untouched. I was so upset from that point on I just agreed with everything she said, because what can I do?

I go in the next morning to express my discomfort with the haircut, given I had to pay for it... All I got was a, "Well I can fix your neck and sideburns"

This is the worst haircut I have ever received, considering I had a wedding to attend 2 days...

I'm a bit of an introvert. They did a great job with that.

However I also felt a little bit unwelcome, I had longer hair, and it's very thick and coarse (think: hay) and I felt a bit embarrassed/uncomfortable by how the person cutting my hair talked about it. I felt like a bit of a burden or that I obviously should have gone to some other place. Most of the dudes I saw there had typical short hair, so that probably played into my anxiety a little bit.

Overall, the experience was nice. The environment was clean and personable. The person cutting my hair was nice, and ultimately I think my anxieties wouldn't stop me from going back with long hair.

I just wanted a place I could go to, get a haircut and leave. They delivered that.

I was going to give 3.5 but the scoring doesn't allow for halvesies. I like having to think critically about rounding up or down.

In this case, 4 stars. Fast, cheap and solid cut. The ultimate decider being that while I felt embarrassed, I need to take some ownership of that. The lady cutting my hair was not being malicious and it's likely that I was just an...

This moody Lady cut my hair I believe her name is Kara could be wrong. She was wearing a white snake jacket. Horrible costumers service worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I checked in until I paid. She was Cutting my hair like it’s a race or a stop watch is taking her time. She was rough and she rubbed her hands all over my head without care. Like if I was her problem or something. Didn’t see her once disinfect her tools and she asked it was going to be 22 for the haircut and how much I was gona charge on my card. Like really? You think I’m gona tip you. I’ll give you a tip here :) keep your home problems at home. Never will I step here again nor refer this place to my friends or coworkers.
