We had relatively positive experience when visiting this store during the past few years. However, one day we were told that we cannot use the pre-purchased credits anymore because the store suddenly changed its financial/accounting system. The owner, Claire, was very arrogant throughout the entire conversation. Her point was because the store changed its system, it can no longer accept any pre-purchased credits, so the customer had to suffer a loss. The new barber is amazing with the boys! He takes his time and he does amazing and he geniunely cares about how the hair cut comes out! On top of that he can do really cool designs I saw him do a micky mouse design and it came out amazing! I will be coming back here because the new barber does amazing every time and he always ask me if I like it if he should do anything else to make sure it's to my perfection! Just wanted to send a big thank you to your staff! I ordered the State fuzzy basketball backpack for my nephew literally 24 hours ago and he’s already received it. I was super disappointed that the State website wasn’t restocking it, but then I found it on your online store — and on sale at that!
