This place is ridiculous! They will call and call and come by your place banging at your door like they are the police! Harassing you even though they get money every week! There was a point in time where they were just pulling whatever amount of they wanted outta my husband's account. We had to switch cards it got so bad! The workers are all rude, slow, incompetent and crooked! Half of the time I think they tell you that you owe this much money when you really don't just to pocket some money! I will never allow my husband to go through them for anything again! Grace is rude and all the men are rude and the girl with green eyes that drives the dark purple car, she drinks and drives! She delivered a cord one time to our house for their overpriced treadmill and she smelt like straight up alcohol!! I hope and pray this stupid old place gets closed down! If I could have rated them a negative 1 I would have! I will continue to spread the word around about them! I am tired of being harassed and then banging at my door waking up my baby!!!!!! I may even publish something in the news paper, and all over...

Very disrespectful and does not listen to anything you have to say they just want your money. I have told them from the beginning before even signing papers about how I get paid and I get called from the beginning of the month until the day I get paid even though In every conversation I explain to them that we had this set up then took my card information and set up automatic payments without my consent, but instead of throwing a fit I left it be so I would stop getting harassed and then they show up to my house in a truck I have tried over 15 times to call them and find out why they were at my house looking like they were ready to pick my things up when THEY THEMSELVES HAVE BEEN taking the money out of MY account and has yet to call but they seem to have disconnected there phone line. Very unhappy and once I get my things paid off I refuse to EVER go through them again worst...

I never go by reviews. I never write bad reviews until now. Please save your time and money and go Lowe's or even Clovis furniture. I went through 5 stackables. I eventually settled for a washer and dryer that were not a stackable and the hot air was not working. I was told it was my electrical wiring not pushing the correct voltage needed, Triple M came and said I had great wiring. Aarons just want money and THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I called Aarons again to get the model number of the dryer so I can replace the heating component and I was told it was a GE appliance. Yet the dryer they gave me was a WHIRLPOOL with a GE sticker. Talking bout they haven't had whirlpool products in over 10 years yet I received this lowsy appliance not even over a year ago. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AARONS.
