Went Christmas gift shopping with my brother and found a beautiful ceramic gift for our mother he went to check out and I was admiring the crystal chandeliers and wall sconces and taking pictures and as I was placing my phone in my purse which is (1,600$) and elder woman came by and asked me what did I put in my purse meaning she was accusing me of stealing when I told her I didn’t take anything, and I would never steal anything and opened my purse to show her She apologized and tried to hug me and I took a step back from her. I told her I would never steal from you guys. I was disgusted and upset. I was going to purchase $150 crystal chandelier. But never will I step there again because I felt like I was profiled. I got the impression right away that we weren’t welcomed. We got no friendly greeting whatsoever. A white lady walked in right behind us and she was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. My daughter and I went on with our business and when we made our way back to the front, the cashier lady was quite and never asked if we needed help. We were completely ignored.
