My husband said do you want to go to Denny's? I said no, I don't want to go there. With all due respect Denny's is all right but I don't like how everything just seems like it comes out of a bag. I myself make my own homemade hash Browns or potatoes not out of a freezer bag.We ended up going to Huckleberries. Back in the day it was Carrows. Don't know if I spelled that right but anyway. Huckleberries is flipping delicious my husband and I had 4 meals off of my food that I brought home. I could not eat it all!!.My chicken fried steak and eggs were delicious, my red potatoes oh my gosh, flipping delicious!!! Not to mention the delicious gravy!!! My husband had the steak and eggs and he kept saying how delicious it was!!!! We were just there a few days ago and I can't wait to go back if any of you want a delicious breakfast or lunch this is where you need to go you will not regret it, and the prices are very reasonable.One of the things I liked the most was that the owner was there and he was very personable .He was talking to the customers. He introduced himself to us and was very personable.It was extremely obvious he was very invested in his restaurant and his customers. I have been going there for over 16 years, it all started when I needed new frames for my glasses. I had purchased my lenses through Costco but as they did not have the frames I wanted I ended up at Ounique Optique. From many years now bringing my glasses and being served by Sandy the owner, I have nothing but great experiences in getting frames for all my glasses. Whenever I need repairs done to my glasses I can always count on Sandy to repair them. She now has her daughter-in-law working with her to make lenses as well. This is a horrible place. It's hot, no a/c, no customer service, their bathrooms smell like a dairy and are in need of maintenance. It's a shame how bad Clovis is getting. The staff did not even acknowledge me or say I'll be right with you they just had me waiting there for like 5 minutes until I just walked out instead.
