There is a young female employ a couple days ago, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we ordered. More than enough sauce, and even bags and drink holders to carry the food to the car with. I was honestly blown away with how much of an effort she put in to help us. She deserves 5 stars.
Unfortunately me and my wife ordered again tonight, mainly because we were so impressed with the previous employees work ethic. However upon entering the store I was helped by a young-ish male "shift lead" who made absolutely no effort, in any way, to make our experience pleasant, let alone barrable. We had two online orders, I explained to him that my wife had forgot to upgrade the standard medium drinks to large drinks. Before I could even finish asking to pay the difference he threw his hands in the air and said "sorry I have no control over the app there's nothing I can do."
I then offered to pay the difference so that we could upgrade the drinks and he flat out said no, then walked away when I told him I wanted to place a separate order. He ignored me, and made me wait to order until our online orders were already ready. So our food just sat there getting cold while I finally ordered, than waited another 5 more minutes for a taco and a bean burrito.
I asked if there was anyone that I could speak to about paying to upgrade the drinks and he again just said "I am the manager, there's nothing I can do." He made no effort to try to make something work. I wasn't asking for free upgrades I asked multiple times if I could pay. I hope the 40 cents that he wouldn't let me pay to upgrade our drinks was worth losing out on a faithful...
Read moreLet's face it. Taco bell is not a 5 star restaurant under any circumstance. The food was hot, correct, and super fast. The clerk just was not getting it. I was literally pointing at 2ftx3ft picture right behind her of I wanted and she couldn't figure it out. Once a Mgr finally helped her, she put my receipt and change in a pile and offered it to me. I put my hand out and asked, "what do you have there"? Expecting to be told my order # and how much change she was giving me. She placed it in my hand. Then, showed me her empty hands and said, *nothing". I said, "the change". She said, "it's 87 cents". Referring to the coins only. My change was 8.87. Don't y'all teach your clerks basic customer service? "Your change is 8.87. Your order number is 10." Or, dare i ask that you teach them how to count change back to the customer? That's probably too much to ask for the measles wage of...
Read moreHorrible! I have been here 3 times and it gets worse every time. The first 2 times the drive through took forever. And the food is wrapped so loose that one time when I wad pulling food out the the bag to ensure I received everything I ordered, the burrito fell apart all over me and my car. This last time I decided to go inside. I waited t the counter for several minutes and no one acknowledged me. One employee walked right by me and did nothing. I decided to try ordering at the kiosk. The machine wouldn't take any of my cards. It kept saying insert chip, and when I inserted the chip it would say it couldn't read the chip. This happened on all my cards. Again a worker walked right by, looked at me and did nothing. So now I have to drop off my kids with no dinner and I have a ruined pair of...
