Zales — Local services in Clovis

My husband and I came in previously to get my rings repaired, but the 2 employees working that day were unable to locate the information needed. I ended up contacting Zales customer service to get all of the numbers needed and luckily when we went in today, those 2 associates were busy with other customers and we were helped by Saylor. Saylor was not only thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable, but kind. I am grateful for Saylor's ability to find our information quickly so I could get my almost 18 year wedding rings serviced and looking brand new. Maria was extremely busy when we arrived. Waited some time but was taken care of. I originally went to complete my wedding ring with another band, in which Maria helped me get that ordered. I guess the waiting paid off because I then purchased another ring, women's bracelet, women's watch, and a man's bracelet. Dropped off my grandmother's ring to get appraised and resized, Ashley was so helpful and informative, she walked me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about the ring. I was apprehensive about having the ring shipped off and out of my hands for so long but she put me completely at ease and gave some very helpful tips for the longevity of the ring.
