7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Clovis

If its your first time going to a 7brews get advice and suggestions from a friend who has been because they will probably be more help than the employees! First impressions are everything and because of this one we probably won’t be going back. We pulled up this evening around 6pm to try 7brews for the first time and no one was paying attention to the lines, they were all messing around laughing and behaving very unprofessionally- the place gave a very “desperate need for some adults to supervise this business” impression. The music was so loud we could barely hear the girl taking our order, she wasn’t able to answer any of our questions, and when we asked if one of the coffees had any espresso in it she said she wasn’t sure- all questions I feel employees should be able to either answer or have help answering for customers who have never been; like us- and she sent us back around the line to scan a QR code because she couldn’t recommend a good coffee without the menu. She kept getting distracted by the other employees yelling and climbing and joking around on the job- it was very frustrating and left us all feeling disappointed with the service. Love the fun atmosphere but it was out of control tonight and was more like a bunch of unsupervised children. My order was wrong (asked for 1/4 syrup; got full syrup.) The coffee sloshed down the side of the cup so that was a mess, gave me the wrong change (you're welcome for the extra $1 'tip') and never asked for my rewards number. Mid convo while waiting for my coffee to be made, the guy turns away and stepped half into the stand laughing and singing with the 3 girls who were dancing and singing into a fake microphone hanging from the ceiling. He was so involved in this, he completely forgot about me and my coffee sat just out of reach while he played with his coworkers, one of which took a marker and drew on his arm. I had to ask (yell, really; it was noisy)3 times IS THAT MY COFFEE? He finally heard me and, without missing a beat, picks up my sticky cup, hands it to me and goes back to play. One wonders if adults even work there or is it just play time for...

I thought the hype of this new coffee place in town would be one to remember, and it definitely made an impression of disappointment and got the worst customer service —seeing as it was our first time trying—but the barista that took our order didn’t even know what to recommend for flavors of the coffee, she just said any thing you can think of, I’m like wow, just wow, it didn’t impress, as she didn’t even offer us options how to customize our drinks, the coffee was bland and tasted like it was filled with old coffee, the cream couldn’t even mask that awful taste, will not be coming back!!! Our experience was horrendous and atrocious, and the people working there have a bad attitude, if you tell them to fix your coffee, they roll their eyes… Bad service and felt like McDonald’s coffee is way more favorable than...
