Big R Stores- Clovis — Local services in Clovis

Bought a $350 Milwaukee tool on a Wednesday. They had a free battery offer but it was for the following Saturday, 3 days later. They only had ONE of this tool and due to approaching freezing temperatures I could not wait. I tried to see if I could "return" the item on Saturday and immediately buy it again to fit their "parameters" to get the offer. NEGATIVE.

Home Depot has this same deal buy the tool get the battery, and it's longer than one day.

To do what I was asking would literally be an accounting entry. NOPE they had me over a barrel.

Moral of the story give yourself more time to get it somewhere else and don't buy your stuff here. It cost me $150 more over buying from Home Depot all over "policy".

Give yourself time to get it from Home Depot or elsewhere. I like to support local but there is NO common sense available here...

It's great to have alternate places to shop, and this is one of the only farm/ranch stores open on Sunday. Big R has been a great addition to Clovis. This review is not for the store in general but a product they carry. We have purchased wood pellets from a variety of stores, usually by the pallet, but must say the Big R brand "premium wood pellets" are the absolute worst ever.
