Tide And Moon Treasures — Local services in Cocoa Beach

Stopped by here yesterday, April 10, approximately 12:30 PM. We are Cocoa Beach Residents, and decided to check it out, it is a cute little store with lots of merchandise, much bigger on the inside than it appears, was very disappointed in the customer service, as we walked in, we saw a man being assisted by the clerk, he left maybe two minutes after we got there, it was only my niece and I in the shop, we walked around in all the little nooks and crannies, we were never once approached by the sales clerk, after we got done browsing , and decided not to buy anything, we actually had to walk right by her, looked at her sitting at the counter very interested in her phone, she never looked up as potential customers walked right by her And out of the store and were not even acknowledged whatsoever, very awkward. We literally spent probably 15 minutes in the store all alone and were never even told hello . They really need to improve their customer service. Truly do not know if we will go back or recommend it to visitors, but it did have some nice beachy...

Cute shop but I bought a turtle windchime as a gift...paid $40...the EXACT SAME ITEM is on Amazon for $18.99 minus a 5% discount coupon!!! Before buying anything there, definitely check the Internet/Amazon/Temu. Hopefully my seaglass earrings from this shop are authentic....but I'm assuming not. Such a shame. There are way too many good local artists for this shop to be selling so much made-in-China, mass-produced stuff and staging it to make you think it's locally made or hand made. Frustrating!!! My husband pointed out that they are selling a mosaic turtle mirror for $119 and it costs $49.99 on Amazon! They should be embarrassed! Frustrated with myself for not knowing better and frustrated with the shop owners for misrepresenting...

Stopped by The Funky Mermaid to check out this downtown(ish) Cocoa Beach newcomer. What a nice addition! Lots of cool beach decor/merch, from mass-produced items (think TJ Maxx) to local artwork! A great place to find that item you need (or don't know you need) to complete your beach house, condo, etc! UPDATE: visited today to find a new corner full of Trump merchandise. Profiting off of the Big Lie (as 60+ court cases and zero evidence of widespread voter fraud have debunked) and/or the decline of US democracy by continuing to support this traitor is simply not OK. Maybe you (and some customers) support this BS, but we will not be customers as long as this display...
