I was a customer of there for years. I would get something literally every week from them. Sadly, management must have changed recently, because they now make breadsticks that are very undercooked and they lie about it! I ordered breadsticks from papa johns in Cocoa and they were white colored and gooey in the middle, clearly not be cooked long enough or maybe at the wrong temperature. No big deal. It's fixable, right? I sent my teenage daughter in to ask them to remake them and tell them they were undercooked. The lady said sure. We waited a few mins in the car and I sent my daughter back in to get the new breadsticks. They new ones looked and tasted exactly the same. At this point, I told my daughter to take them back inside again and just ask for the money back. My teenage daughter comes out furious and said the lady argued with her, claiming that they were cooked enough and that they were fine. I called them back after e drove home and told the female worker there that I have been a customer for years, ordering the same stuff all the time and I've never seen breadsticks like this before and they were very much undercooked. I told her that I didn't appreciate her not beliving myself or my daughter about the bread sticks. And then, she proceded to flat out lie. She claimed she told her worker guy standing next to her that they might look good on the outside, but could be undercooked on the inside. She said she didn't argue with my daughter about them being "cooked just fine". Well, I belive my daughter. She was appalled at that female worker, i think her name was Loreanna, and I don't blame her. We won't be returning. We are digusted that this lady would lie to us over breadsticks. What is this world coming to?! I will be complaining to the company...
Read moreWe ordered multiple pizzas this morning around 10:30 am to be delivered at 12:15 pm. As confirmed they were to be delivered between 12:15-12:25pm.
At 1:00pm we had not received contact by phone or notification by text that the delivery would be later than that. At around 1:30 we were required to leave a children's birthday party to find out what had happened to the food that we paid for.
It suddenly made sense when we were arrived. Trashed is an understatement of what the employees present looked like. It was obvious that neither could operate a motor vehicle or could do much else regarding basic motor functions. When we asked what had happened we were met with blank stares. One person was cross eyed, and the other was staring off into space. As a recovering addict with more than 15 years, I'm well aware what inebriated looks like.
When we asked if they had kept the pizzas warm we were met with a response that neither of them were aware as to how long it had been since they had been cooked. They were cold, by the way.
As evidence to what a demonstrably failure the employees were, we have photos to view. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job at cutting pies. Special shout out to the ome who managed to cut a half circle. I pray that these employees aren't paid well. I hope that management isn't either.
I'd ask for a refund, but I can't imagine you folks can afford it...
Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever in countered at a Papa John's. Had to call in to place the order three times. Then told at 12:27pm it would be here in 45 minutes. At 1:22 I called back in and was told the driver was on there way and would be here in a couple of minutes. At 1:51 I called back and was placed on hold for 6 minutes. I called back at 1:58 and was given the run a round. I requested to speak with the franchise owner and was told they do not except calls. Finally the so called manager told me that my money was refunded but it's not been yet. He stated I provided the incorrect address. But it was there error when typing in the computer. I was on my partners phone with corporate and they could here how unprofessional the crew was and lack of customer service. The so called manager refused to allow me to speak with the franchisee but corporate after hearing the phone conversation filed a formal complaint and the franchisee has to call within 5 business days. Save your time and go to a different location or a better place...
