If I could give them a zero I would. Maybe excellent at audio sound installations but window tinting or repair GO somewhere else. Brought my car in last Saturday for repairs on 2 windows that were bubbly. Made appt for 2pm Was told in advance that this old tinting on the windows is difficult to remove It’s the glue I was told but was reassured it would be done in 2 hrs asked them to call me as I live a distance away. By 5 no call so I called them.” No was told they hadn’t started on the car yet. We work till it’s done.” Well by 6pm went down to pickup the car (nothing done) and rescheduled for this Saturday at 1pm agin same scenario as the last time 4pm not ready, chemicals on windows baking in sun dont know how much longer. It’s coming off piece by piece . My question no communication with customer till I called and asked why wasn’t the car started as soon as I delivered it. I came here after looking for a place to install speakers after the place where I bought speakers from quoted me $800 for the install. Mike’s had great google reviews so I gave them a shot. Same job ran me $190! Not only the price was good, the guys were honest in letting me know that my car being brand new (2022 Honda Civic EX) I could not install the amp without voiding the car’s warranty since the wiring harness for the amp hasn’t been released anywhere yet. So I just had the speakers installed and the sound is literally 100x better. They were able to keep a brand new car looking factory and were very careful not to damage anything in the process though the A pillars were tricky. Places all the factory parts and speakers nice and neat in the trunk. Highly recommend if you want honest prices, honest opinions, and great quality jobs done.
