I was advised to leave a review by the girl who works here. So here I am. I actually like this store. I buy here for my vaping needs. I purchased my cartridge Monday. Went home and discovered that the cartridge was faulty. I called Tuesday to enquire about an exchange. The girl I spoke with stated, no returns, no refunds. I'm actually aware of this. I didn't want a refund, I wanted a working cartridge. This is Hywaze own brand so I figured they would stand behind their product. I figured wrong. The girl I spoke with stated she couldn't help me because she did not personally sell me the cartridge, she couldn't help at all and usually it's recommended that use of the cartridge is done in the store before purchasing. I wasn't offered this service when I purchased but I've never worried about it either. I inquired as to when the gentleman who sold the cartridge was working. She replied again she couldn't help me. I argued that I do spend quite a bit of money there and even offered to come down there to prove my point. The cartridge is completely unused. Again I just wanted a replacement. I asked for a manager and she told me to leave a review if I was unhappy. All I can say is buyer beware. I don't know if I want to spend money...
   Read moreVERY KIND!!! I was/am not a patron, but unintentionally parked my SUV in the CLEARLY MARKED (on the building) tow away zone in their parking lot. I missed the signs because I parked in a space not directly in front of the building. Still my fault. I was made aware from a lady (I don’t know her) where I was at, who saw me when I got out of my vehicle when I parked, that the police were looking at my vehicle, so I went and moved it. Afterwards I decided to go inside to apologize and inform staff that I hadn’t realized only patrons are allowed to park there. I had a most pleasurable experience with Frank. He was very kind, gracious, and understanding, and explained the reasons for the signs. Made me feel so much better. Prior to calling law enforcement and tow company he had actually come over to the event where I was to inquire if they knew whose vehicle it was. This could have resulted in a nightmare for me. But didn’t!...
   Read moreI purchased an Orion vape. On may 29. after testing it once, It worked. I tried using it forty five minutes later and realized it wouldn't pull. So I thought maybe the battery had died. After plugging it in and letting it charge for thirty five minutes, It would no longer work and the light would not light up. So I took it back a couple hours later to the same guy that sold it to me, And he said that's it.Once you leave with it you can't return it. He wasn't of any help period!! He didn't try to help a repeat customer at all, And because of this situation I will no longer purchase any vapes at that shop. The problem is I purchased it and then returned it a couple of hours later to no help at all. It's not like I waited a few days to return it.... And all I was trying to do was get a replacement on a clearance item. Terrible service...
