Verizon — Local services in Cody

I appreciate how knowledgable the representatives are. The young man who was there was very understanding to my situation and had a vast knowledge of the different brands of phones. I had done a lot of research on what I was looking for and he was very helpful and respectful. I give the three star only because the lady in the back came to 'help' and started into the hard sell. She was very dismissive of the younger gentleman and even went as far as accusing him of trying to hard sell me when I told her he was very helpful. She tried to get me to buy a more expensive phone that I was able to, even after telling her that price was an issue. She was very disapproving in her body language when I told her I could get the same phone at another location for less. I was very polite when stating this and understood that there are price differences. At this point there was a lot of eye rolling and vague excuses to try to get me to purchase from her. She explained how if she were able to know more about the phone at the other location she may be able to drop the price, but that she didn't know enough. I tried to get her to let me know what info she needed, as I was willing to go and get the information for a full comparison, but she could not share with me what she needed to know. After baseless attacks on my research and knowledge she tried to stop the young man from helping me after he again gave my some very helpful advice. She went from being very respectful to acting childish. This young man was amazing through the whole thing. He handled the situation so well. He was helpful through the entire experience. I don't fault them for being more expensive, but I do fault this store for childish and belittling behavior (from who seemed to be the manager) at the time as she attempted to explain why they were more expensive. So I thought I left my phone at NAPA. Went back it wasn't there. Looked outside around where I was parked with no avail. Looked around the store. Nothing asked them to call me nothing went outside asked them to call me again. Nothing. Retraced the route I took. Nothing. Went to Verizon with my laptop they helped me track it through my google account. It was last at elk lodge. Went there twice...once on my own once with some nice ladies who I thought would ask there friends if they found a phone but didn't quit work out that way. But it was nice of them to help me get back in. Looked around the whole block about 5 times. Nothing. Hindsight I believe the person who had my phone might have been in there drinking. Lol. Went back to Verizon and they retraced my phone it was on its way to Powell. We sent my phone texts made my phone ring a million times nothing. Secured my phone and added a phone number to have him call because this phone was stolen. He called it and my spouse said well when she calls you should answer her call. He did. I said sir you have my phone. Said he was going to take it to the police but he needed to head home. Ok whatever. He drove it back to me. So I do appreciate that ...But he could have made better choices! I apparently set it on the top of my car which I never do so it landed on the road. Watch where you put your phone!!!! Poor customer service keep refusing to accept pay off for the device I have pay off amount cash and a debit card ready also plan this way before mouthy service plan is due I also call three times before service payment was due to pay off the device verizon as the company did not answer phone calls or returned my phone call

I was sent to collections for no reason as above

Collections had to call verizon verizon did fail this and had to allow me to all to any verizon store and pay it also when I got there and payed off the device verizon said that there was additional fees for paying off device early

Did not tell me that there were additional fees for paying the device early

Will be scheduling to pay this but will not be recommending anyone to get a phone or any device though verizon as decude above and I will not be coming back because of the problems above will be posting pictures of the prove when I get them

Will not be taken the post off you should think before you do bad things to people for no reason and not think people are going to do it back karma's a b** also going to be posting this on Facebook as well

Maybe verizon will think twice before doing this again to long...
