Western Appliance Repair was excellent. I was conveniently notified by text that our tech was on his way and arrived on time. Rob was clean, professional and worked quickly to diagnose the problem. He even vacuumed behind my washer/dryer which I did not expect him to do at all. He explained the issue with my LG washer, and let my husband and I have the choice to call in if we decided to do the circuit board repair or purchase a new washer instead. August 2025 We are traveling in our RV and the refrigerator isn't getting as cold as it should. I Googled for appliance repair in Cody and one of the top listing's was Western Appliance. I phoned and immediately got a human, Todd the owner. I can't tell you how important it is to me to talk to a human! We setup an appointment and Todd was right on time. He troubleshooted the problem and kept me in the loop on issues. He was able to solve and fix our problem in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent service, friendly and prompt, very professional. The control board on my Amana washer went bonkers and was stuck on drain. I unplugged it for a few days expecting it to reset, but it didn't help. After speaking with Todd he knew exactly what was causing the problem. He was very helpful and direct, replacing the control board in a matter of a few minutes. He also ran a diagnostic on the washer to make sure there were no further problems.
