I walked into the store with my service dog and was treated unprofessionally by the girl at the register. She asked me if my dog was a service dog, and I said yes. The she asked about what service my service dog provides to me as “it’s legal in the state of Wyoming to ask.” I said, “I’m not disclosing that information.” Last I checked, as a healthcare professional, private medical information isn’t required to be disclosed to anyone, regardless of what state you’re in. It’s federal. She was about to ask me to leave before I said anything, but I said I’m leaving. What she said to me was highly illegal. I will never support this business with or without my service dog with me. I will be filing a formal complaint with this company as well. My service dog was appropriate, and I don’t have to say what my service dog provides to me. Come here if you want to be treated poorly and discriminated against...

Mind is still blown at the rude response to our request for a “wedding cake” latte. Top flavor at the Human Bean in Colorado, and when specially requested at charge n brew in Powell, they do a FANTASTIC job.

Woman taking my friends order cut her off and said “maam we don’t serve wedding cakes here. This is a coffee shop.” I had already spelled out the recipe for the friend in writing so she read that, but they don’t have a lot of flavoring. Even so, the rudeness first thing in the morning when someone with ADHD just wants her coffee… it’s too much.

I understand franchises like them and Starbucks are keeping it limited these days, so if you want something basic go there.

Went this morning to grab coffee and a pastry. There were three of us and we each ordered our own drink and treat. There was a mistake in each order. The first issue was a tepid latte. When asked to correct it, they put the whole latte in the steamer pitcher resulting in bitter espresso and a scalding hot drink. They were then asked to please remake the latte, which they didn't do, they poured it into another cup and put it in the pick-up area. At this point I was so over the experience that i threw it away. The second issue was a forgotten pastry. When asked about it, we were given a cold pastry wrapped in plastic. We had to ask to have it heated. And finally, a missing flavoring in a drink. It was all just one thing after another, and we will not be going back. The novelty has worn off and now the quality...
