generally the food here is fine, but I've had many more bad meals than good. they have a very small coffee selection with limited flavors. the best coffee drink is the red eyed monkey. their other espresso based coffee drinks are fine but sometimes bitter or burnt tasting. there are definitely better places to get a good latte around town.
I've eaten here many times. I've had their crepes and salads. i notice that the employees do not hesitate to use straight up bad/rotten ingredients in the meals. I've had bad avocados mostly, but I've also had bad meat or bad bananas. if it looks bad or gross or has a gross spot, don't use it!
wait times are very long. I've waited up to 30 minutes in the drive thru. the employees also lack customer service. i don't think I've ever had a stand out experience with an employee here, sometimes not even so much as a smile. the employee base is largely young people like less than 25yrs old. but that's no excuse for things to not be done correctly. teach your employees how to run day to day operations smoothly and you won't have as many issues, like long wait times, bad customer service, or gross ingredients.
I will say, the idea of turning a gas station into a restaurant is very cute. for that, i give them...

First day it was pretty early (7-ish) and not too many customers. Really good cappuccino and gluten free crepe. Daughter got a smoothie and said it was ok but enjoyed it. Sat outside and enjoyed the day.
Brought my wife next day and it was busy. Ordered a couple of cappuccinos and gf crepes. Got the drinks within 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, and seeing customers eat and go, I went to counter and asked about the status of my order. Crepes eventually came out at the 55 minute mark. No apologies, no acknowledgment, nothing.
If the place is empty, then worth a stop. If it has more than a couple of cars in the lot, then avoid it unless you have 90+...
Read moreI live here and really wanted to like this place but we waited 30 minutes for a to-go order of 2 crepes and 2 coffees. When we finally got the crepes they were badly undercooked. We had the turgurkin and ham&cheese. The dough was so undercooked it was stretchy and gooey. The filling was also just a runny mess and didn’t taste good. We were on the road at that point and plus we had already waited 30 minutes so we had to just throw them away. I’m giving them 2 stars because the nitro coffee was good (even though the first time we went the machine was broken) and maybe they were just overwhelmed for Sunday at that time? I don’t know. I will not be going there a third...
