I am leaving a one star review because of the way one older employee treated a younger employee today in front of a half-dozen customers and other employees. My mom asked me to grab her a new Aggie lanyard and so I came in today around 4pm to look. As I was looking at their three options, somewhat disappointed, a young male employee came up and asked if he could help me find anything. I told him I was looking for a lanyard and he said he had another type in the back of the store that he could show me. He left and came back quickly with one that was exactly what I needed. He was very positive, upbeat, and fast. I did some more browsing and then went up to check out. As I was waiting in line, the same young man came from the back with an Aggie cart. Suddenly the middle cashier, an older woman, snapped at him loudly in a horrible tone of voice “no not that one! Where did you even find that one! She needs it in a box!” Everyone kind of froze in the awkwardness she had just created and he apologized and went back to find the box. The woman went back to helping the customer. I thought about confronting her when I got up there and telling her that is an unacceptable way to treat your employee, but felt like if I did so, she would make yet another scene and he would be the one to suffer for it later. So I just made sure to tell the cashier I got (a different woman) that the young man who just got yelled at had been a great help to me. When I went out to my car, the same male employee was quickly loading the box into the back of the customer’s truck and was continuing to be positive and smiling. I hope that woman was not the owner or manager because that kind of behavior towards another human being is completely uncalled for. He had made an innocent mistake in the midst of working very hard with a positive attitude, and her reaction was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Aggieland Outfitters did contact me directly via phone and email with both an apology as well as a solution. I was impressed with their communication and will most definitely shop with them again. I would now give them 4 stars.
I have a son in CS that is class of 2026. I don’t live in town so have now ordered online twice for gifts or little reminders I miss and love him. On both occasions I’ve had to send MULTIPLE emails to get them to deliver or ship the items. The first time I placed an order I did local delivery and it took multiple emails and follow ups to have the items delivered. Once my son got the polo and the hat I ordered he loved them and the quality but the fact I had to stay on top of it was a pain. Fast forward to a week and a half ago; they had a really nice clearance sale. I once again placed my order online but this time decided to have the items shipped to my home instead of having them delivered, since local delivery took multiple emails and nearly a week the first order I placed. It’s sneaking up on 2 weeks now, still haven’t had my items shipped. Still waiting to find out when they will be shipped. And I’m also being told one of my items is no longer available (even though it’s showing in stock online) I have to wonder if my order would have been fulfilled when I placed it if that would be an issue. (Can’t wait to see how long the refund process will take for the items that is “out of stock”)

Placed an order on November 29th. It is now December 18th and my items have not shipped!
I emailed on December 6th to inquire and they just said "sorry" and that they had a lot of orders. I called just a few days ago to check again, still no word on what the issue is. And then yesterday, December 17th, they cancelled one of the items as "unavailable" without even offering any alternative substitution or anything! And they STILL haven't shipped the remaining items and have not responded to my inquiry as to whether the remaining items would ship or not. 🤯
