Drove from Oklahoma to visit this store during their President’s Day Sale on 2/17/24 and was extremely upset and offended by the staffs behavior. I wore my father’s oversized coat in to the store because I was cold and two of the staff members on duty decided to profile me and literally hover over me while I shopped assuming I was going to steal. Not once asked me if I was finding everything alright and after leaving my side proceeded to go to the cash wrap and loudly discuss, for me to overhear, how another customer had complained about them profiling and the one employee behind the counter said that he didn’t care. I’m a manager in retail and understand wanting to deter theft, but this was flat out harassment without being confrontational. They offered me $35 for everything but I declined the offer and went back home. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because it is an old console, but when I went back home to test it I had no problems. Just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke that it worked I played on the console for a couple of hours and again never...

I'm middle aged so clearly not just hanging out in the mall. I was asked to leave for loitering. Lol. I told them I was in the store with a customer, and asked if they had any chairs for waiting. They told me they didn't have any chairs because they didn't want loiterers. So I found my son, stopped his purchase, let them know politely that we were leaving. They lost a sale because there was no place for an adult to comfortably wait while a child browsed. There also was no nearby seating in the mall. We went to...
