Southwood Community Center — Local services in College Station

I called a month in advance spoke to a guy about booking a birthday party in advance & he said all I had to do was come in before the 25th to fill out paperwork. Today I called to see if anyone would be available to assist me in paperwork the woman had no idea what I was talking about & said she had to text her staff to see if anyone would be available now a week before my sons birthday party they inform me no one is available to work it. Katie was very sweet & tried to find someone to work but with it being a Aggie home game no one is available. Staff needs to get their stuff together bc now I’m having to find a venue a week before his party....
