Update 3: I have been back a few times since the pandemic started and have to give them full props to how they've handled the pandemic. The place is nearly spotless, the food is still fresh, and the portions are still generous. Unfortunately as it is a small building there is no way they can properly handle people eating in a dining room so you can only do takeout, but it's definitely still worth every penny, and with fall weather approaching, finding a place to eat outside or just cozying up at home is just fine.

Update 2: Seeing some odd reviews so I just need to point out that if you get sushi or poke somewhere and the fish is ice cold and the rice is not at least slightly warm, that is usually a dead giveaway of a low quality place and you should leave immediately. If the fish is too cold you don't get the full flavor from it. Pokestop is still great 10/10 please try it out

Update: we have been back innumerable times and have not had a bad experience. Place is still very clean, everything is extremely fresh. They have started serving thai chillies as well which is a rare addition in this town. I can't say enough about this place!

Place was very clean, everything was neat and fresh, and the owner was really involved with his business (in a good way). College station was late to the poke craze but this place makes up for all the years I stayed home at night wishing I had a decent place to eat copious amounts of raw fish on fresh vegetables...

I looked into different places I would like to try while in College Station, and Poke Stop was on the top of my list. The food was OK, but the drinks and customer service were great. The location was easy to spot, and the place wasn't packed which means no wait!

We ordered a Goju Poke, Poke Stop Trio, Poke Stop Classic, and a Taro Milk Tea. Out of the three Poke bowls, the best was the Poke Stop Trio. Although it was the best, I thought it was a little bit spicier than expected. As for the Goju Poke and the Poke Stop Classic, the protein was lacking in flavor. However, the lack in flavor could have been remedied by the addition of sides or seasonings, which were offered up front by the kind gentlemen! As for the Taro Milk Tea, it was flavorful and delicious—something I would definitely order again.

Overall, I would probably visit again, but I would add more seasonings and extras to my bowl. The portion wasn't filling enough for either one of us, but the drinks were a great addition to the food. The best bowl we ordered was the Poke Stop Trio, but even then, it wasn't the perfect bowl or the best I've had. What was great about the Poke Stop Trio was probably the Crab Salad (there was no shrimp available) and the spicy salmon. The sad part was we were expecting to try the noodles (because noodles aren't offered at other poke places we've tried), but...

I really like Poke Stop. It has really fresh ingredients, a lot of protein to choose from, plenty of sauces, and toppings galore. Another thing they have is a few appetizers and a soup which is more than some of the other places in town that serve poke. The service is friendly, the seating is small but it all depends on the time you go. I usually get it to-go.

One thing sounds weird on a poke bowl... truffle oil... one thing you wouldnt expect to be good on poke... truffle oil. Get it, you wont regret it.

If you have never been before its a build your own poke bowl, they have premade bowls if you're overwhelmed and need help to get started. I should have taken a dang photo of my bowl cause i got combo brown rice and spring mix, tako (octopus), shrimp, and tuna. The fact that you can make it that special is awesome and it still having fast service is impressive.

Keep in mind some people coming in can take up the employees time discussing options and what things are... so understand you may have to wait a bit for new people getting walked through the process. Today I had to wait about 10 mins in line to get my bowl started(there was only one girl at the time), but the people are so nice and the food is so good i think it is...

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this place. Kevin, the owner, is truly passionate about what he does and it shows in both the food and the service. We have been there twice and the 2nd time was better than the 1st. Each time we've been there every staff member has bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The ingredients are fresh and amazingly high quality. It is genuinely my hope that once the students return to town they find this place, it absolutely explodes in popularity. These are the kinds of places we need in Bryan/College Station, places that are run by people who are passionate about it. Do yourself a favor and become a regular at this place. I know my family will be.
