Computer Works — Local services in College Station

I have been blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the people working here. I dealt specifically with Scott, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed in a timely manner and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix my laptop the time we took it in, but it wasn't his fault (leave it to me to have a special laptop with hard-to-find replacement parts), and instead of getting in too deep and potentially ruining the piece of equipment I need every single day, he was honest about the situation and returned my laptop to me. Whenever we are able to get the part in, I will be taking my laptop there again so that Scott and complete the repairs. 10/10 on customer service...

Everyone I interacted with here is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I had an emergency hardware issue with a laptop (water damage) and basically needed it resolved as soon as possible. I thought I was absolutely done for, but Tim was able to take it apart, clean it, and dry the circuits all within an incredibly quick time frame. I gave them my laptop in the evening, and they got it up and running by the next morning!

I visited Computer Works because I had a charging issue with my laptop. Although they didn't have supplies on hand to help with my problem, the nice man helping me advised me to renew my warranty with Dell to be able to get them to fix it onsite. He also helped me find a charger to get me by temporarily. Couldn't recommend...
