Last 2 times I was there horrible customer service. On her phone the entire time while ringing me up. Asked a question instead of helping me she ignored me then my hands were full with my little ones and I had asked a price she responded very rudly ( look yourself price is on it) watched her ring another customer up with being on her phone the entire time. I also had a return and I was explaining to her what happened to the zipper she's didn't care at all I'm sorry she was rude and if your working with customer put your phone down for a second. Very stuck up rude I ended up throwing the stuff on the counter and said you are not getting my service I said if you don't like working in customer service then why work here....

There was kids behind the counter , also unprofessional to have your kids sitting on iPads behind the counter while you are “working” and also on your phone. Fortunately we were the only customers in the store and the unmasked clerk had the good sense to keep her distance. I won't return to shop here until the pandemic is over. Cheap, fun jewelry can be purchased at many other locations that show respect for public health. As a person who tries to support local economies it is always disappointing to feel like shopping online is just a better option.
