Taco Bell — Restaurant in College Township

I've frequented this Taco Bell many times and it's always been a mixed bag of experience but today was horrific. An employee did not bring us our food or took it to the wrong vehicle. When asked about it after 20 minutes of waiting, she yelled at my spouse (in front of other customers) that the food had been delivered and refused to get a manager. I went in to talk to someone, and this employee was cussing about my spouse to another employee. The manager handled the situation horribly, and the only "redeeming" quality of this experience was the assistant manager or shift manager taking the initiative to apologize personally to my spouse. A gentleman with doordash was standing in line before I had arrived. There was another couple that had made an order online and arrived to pick up their order. I walked in and proceeded with my order before I even was done with getting a fountain drink my order was completed. The two personnel came to the counter the two couples that were standing there waiting for their order were a little annoyed. They had ordered and waited about 15 minutes for their online orders. The air conditioner was turned up and there was a lot of condensation all over the tables and the floor that made it hazardous to walk across the floor. I waited for over 20 minutes for my food and decided that seeing as how I had yet to revive my food I would get a refund and go some place else, during the conversation with John (shift manager) starts to run his mouth and made me even more angry so I started getting loud with him and he says I can't give you a refund but what I can do is..... I cut him off and told him NO what you are going to do is give me my mony back and I will never step foot in this dump again then I was told to just leave and he wasn't going to give me the money back so obviously I had to wait for the police and still he had to give me the cash back, I will never got to a restaurant owned by the same...
