Starbucks — Restaurant in Collier Township

I have amended my number of stars and my review of this store due to the recent precipitous decline of this location.

This used to be my favorite store. In the past two months, this store has gone way downhill. All the established employees from the past few years seem to have left. The new employees are inaccurate at taking orders, slow at making drinks, and unable to acknowledge that the service at this store has completely tanked. I now rarely visit this store, driving 20 minutes to visit a different store west of this one, where the employees actually do their jobs properly.

My previous review: This is my favorite of all the Starbucks stores I've frequented over the years (since Starbucks' flagship store opened in Seattle).

I normally utilise the drive-through, which is efficient and quick. When I notice a longer-than-usual wait in the drive-through, I will go inside.

My drinks are accurately prepared, and I can count on one hand the extremely rare times I have ever had even a minor complaint on anything in the years since this location opened for business.

Ordered a Passionfruit/Strawberry frozen lemonade and received a pretty watered down mess.

Ordered thru the app. for pick up by drive thru. Ordered around 4:02 p.m. and got response back stating drink would be done by 4:08 p.m. I was already in the drive thru lane so by the time I got to the window, it was ready and on their counter. Employee working drive thru window never smiled or greeted me. Just said my name and handed me my drink.

Drink was watered down and no taste. Wasn't able to go back and get it done right.

I don't recommend any of the frozen refreshers.

Go here often as I prefer this location over the others in the area (usually drive thru and all different times of day). The drinks are well made and the staff is friendly! They even will say like hey if you do __ it's the same as you ordered but cheaper! Which is always a great thing in my book! I'll tip what I "keep" in my pocket just because of the awesomeness behind that! I'm always appreciative of them looking out for their customers! They don't know me either, which makes me feel even more appreciative and tells me a lot about the staff and customer service they provide! Plus the drinks are better than the others 2 miles in...
