I was extremely disappointed by this Lennyâs location on Friday night. I called around 8:15 or so to make a carry out order and the less than enthusiastic worker answered and told me they donât prepare carry out orders after 8PM. Thatâs a whole hour before they close. I wanted one sandwich and thought I was helping them out a bit by ordering ahead and just coming to pick it up. I asked the unfriendly girl if it was okay for me to just come and order in store since I could not call in. She hung up on me. I decided to drive to the store anyway. Upon arrival (8:35) they told me they were out of bread. This was interesting to me that a sub shop would run out of bread. The entire staff Friday evening (7/5) was extremely impersonal, underwhelming, and lastly rude. It was obvious to me that all of them were just ready to get off and go home. Which I understand, but I should never feel as a customer that I am interrupting your night at work. They loaded my sandwich with dripping wet lettuce, which made it soggy. They smashed it down into some nasty mush. The girl who took payment from me dresses like a slob, her hair was everywhere. She answered the phone that rang, which I'm assuming is the business line.... and proceeded to make arrangements about an oil change with whomever it was on the other line. Conducting personal business on company time and property. She was so wrapped up in her conversation, she forgot my receipt and drink cup. Which I motioned to her, that I was grabbing myself. She never got off the phone, through our entire exchange and never once said thank you or anything. Almost acted as though my business inconvenienced her phone call.

Attempted to order online but the app stated they weren't accepting orders at the time. No worries, I decided to go in. I always speak and say hello when I arrive somewhere, the staff didn't acknowledge it. As I was giving the cashier my order she seemed frustrated. I asked if it had been a long day, she responded with a slight nod of yes. That explained the lack of response I received when I came in. The food was Ok, I will most likely pass this location up the next time the family wants Lennys as I usually have a pretty good experience. My daughter wanted olives on her philly cheese steak, she was surprised by the overwhelming amount of olives she received . My Buffalo chicken philly sandwhich was Buffalo sauceless.
