The Sephora associate was totally out of line! I specifically went to this store to purchase the Rare Beauty foundations that were marked down to $7.00. When I arrived, the entire gondola was filthy, unorganized, and EVERY. SINGLE. FULL. SIZED. PRODUCT. was opened!
When I arrived at the counter to check out, the associate wasn't there at first, so I started looking around more and found the Beauty Blender foundations on sale. So I decided to buy those instead.
The Associate finally arrived at the counter, and I told her I didn't want the Rare Beauty foundations anymore. She then asked, "DID YOU OPEN THESE?" I replied, "THEY WERE OPENED. THAT ENTIRE DISPLAY IS WRECKED!".
Then she audibly huffed and puffed and placed them in back her, then rang up the rest of my stuff.
When I walked away with my purchase, I heard her say to the other associate who came to relieve her for her break, "...YEAH, SHE OPENED THESE."
When I heard this, I became so angry, because if you saw the state of that gondola, you would know that they were ALL OPENED!
So I walked back to the associate, and I said "DID YOU JUST SAY THAT I OPENED THE FOUNDATIONS? " And she was totally surprised that I heard her, and she replied, "UM, YEAH THEY WERE OPENED," trying to avoid that she had blamed it on me. And I told her again, "I TOLD YOU THAT THE WHOLE GONDOLA IS WRECKED. YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR DISPLAY BEFORE YOU SAY THAT I OPENED ANYTHING." And she just replied, "OK". The other associate stood there silent.
Stating lies about a customer once they turn their back is absolutely disgraceful. And for certain on my end, this warrants a public review and certainly, I will return all of the merchandise that I ended up buying, simply because of the way I was...
Read moreI was at Kohl's Colma where they were having a sale on Saturday 3/31/18. I took a picture of the Sonoma boots, Box ID: 381. They didn't have my size but I was told to check online or come back on Monday since they might have more sizes and it would still be on sale for $29.99. I came back Monday but unfortunately they still didn't have my size. I spoke to Ken the supe and explained to him the situation and to confirm if I could still get the sale price when the right size becomes available. I had to explain myself more than twice since he couldn't seem to get it and finally he said no since it's not on sale anymore. He asked me questions like who told me, and if I checked online. I didnt get the rep's name last Saturday, and the item is not online. If the other Kohl's has the boots, I asked him if they could give me the sale price since the wrong information originated from the Colma store? He said no, that he does not have anything to do with other Kohl's store. I disappointedly walked out of there fuming! I called Kohl's in Redwood City from Colma's parking lot and spoke with Maria Romero who went far and beyond assisting me. She said if they had my size, they would give it to me for the sale price. She also called the other stores to find out if they had my size and said there shouldn't be any problem getting the sale price! She gave me Fremont store's phone # and I spoke with supe Genesis who politely told me they only had size 7 but if they had it, I would also get the sale price. Read moreGreat experience! I found some earring backings online that I wanted to pick up in the store and I called to confirm that they had them. Selena in the jewelry department was really fabulous: the one I called for was just for some rubber backings but she said that there was another package that had four different kinds and there was only one left and she wondered if I'd like that? I said of course that's something wonderful as you put it aside for me with my name on it. It was a while before I came up there, but the earring backs were waiting for me on the back counter with my name on it.
she not only helped me with obtaining the merchandise, but she helped me open the package with scissors and then try to peel apart the package to get to the backings which was not an easy feat! LOL so after she did that she picked out a couple of rubber backs that I had initially asked for and they were okay at but there was another type that was there that she suggested might be better for the earrings I had on. She took them out of there for me and I was able to put on my earrings very securely! after that she said that she'd get me a little bag to put them in so I didn't lose them and they didn't fall out.
