Elevape is truly a step above the rest when it comes to smoke shops. Their selection is the best I've ever seen, everything from vape, Delta 8, kratom, tobacco, you name it. Not just that, but the equipment has a great selection too. Vape pens, dab pens, dry herb, and a huge selection of bongs and bowls, with a small group being hand crafted, high quality artisanal pieces as well. One small program that I love is that if you buy 10 disposables you get the 11th free. I feel like that really shows how much the owners love the community. And there's no better sign of that than clerk, Mo. That man is such a humble, courteous, and helpful dude. Sometimes when I used to go to other vape stores they'd kind of make me feel dumb asking questions, but with mo he always tells what I needed to know and then some, with a kind tone to boot! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - GO TO THE CLOUD FACTORY IN PETERSBURG I came in and bought a dab rig for $75, which I counted on the guy to help me with. I returned it the next day because it wasn't working properly, and the torch they sold me died. They refused to refund me the most expensive part of it (the glass piece, $30) because "it was used." OF COURSE IT WAS USED! I had to use the rig, didn't I? The guy pointed out that he had given me a discount on the dab stick, when in actuality he had jacked up the price on the torch, so he broke even. Umm...you did me no favors, but cool trick to play on customers. I ended up going to the Cloud Factory in Petersburg, where they were super nice, listened to what I needed and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and needed.
