This place was overpriced and then they don’t listen. If a person has a ceremony on the 12th why would you say the item would be ready by 4PM on the 12th. They have terrible customer service and act as if you did not tell them what you needed. Then tell me I had to pay a rush fee for something that should have already been ready BEFORE the event. I will NEVER spend money at this establishment again. You can find better places. The person at the front doesn’t know the answer to anything and the older gentleman acts like he is doing you a favor. NEVER again! The plaque I ordered looks great. The quality of the piece shows that the shop cares about producing well-made work. There was a bit of a bobble in the communication of when the piece would be ready. I was told 5-7 business days, and I called on the 7th day to find out when I could pick up the plaque. They then said it would be an additional 3 days. I explained that the new timeline would not work. They finished in 2 additional days instead. The people working inside were polite and nice. I spoke with the owner after I picked up my plaque, and we covered both the high quality of the work and the mistakes in communication. Overall, great service and attitude. I came in with a really hard time constraint for their shop to meet, and they were able to produce my product request in 2 days. Phenomenal approach, advice, and service. They also improved my plaque design, making it look a lot better than what I had originally submitted to them. That being said, I don't recommend trying to put an insane time constraint on them. Although they are flexible and might be able to meet your insane demands, it's just a rude request for a customer to make. It was a little pricey in my opinion, but they made up for the price through their ability to produce a product with timeliness and politeness. I would recommend them...
