Had my very first facial done today by this beautiful soul named Nellie and my experience was absolutely invigorating! Not only was she professional, she was so sweet and pleasant to converse with. She made sure that everything was explained to me and that I understood the before, during and aftercare instructions. She is a master esthetician and extremely precise in her work. I love the fact that she takes her time and does not rush through services. I walked out with a whole new level of confidence. She did more than just give me a facial today, she lifted my spirit and exposed a side to me that I have not seen in years. I have been going to Nelly for several years to have my brows threaded. She is the best! She takes her time and even goes over them with a magnifier afterwards to make sure she got everything.
