Went there to get my 6 month old ears pierced. I don't have any complaints about the place. Its great that it's just a booth and easy to find. Process was pretty simple and easy going, wait time was about 5 minutes and this was because there was a customer before us and she had 2 kids getting her ears pierced, but while they prepared for hers they took care of us and we were done in less than 3 minutes. Employees were very knowledgeable and caring. They sterilize the tool they use in between each use and in front of their clients. Keep in mind that this tool doesn't come into any contact with your baby more her earrings. They also offer military discounts for those who are military. Not only did we park in JC Penny's side but we didn't walk anywhere in the mall after getting her ears done. After getting them done her back never even got put on on her right ear, so we had to go back in and get a back. An Not even make it threw the night and the left side back falls off and the earing falls out. I kept telling him I couldn’t hear and he just hung up on me and never called back. The only thing I heard was that they broke the jewelry I had bought and something about shipping.
