Smoothies Paradise — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I'm giving this place a bad review because of how rudely I was treated by the young lady working there. I have never been to this place until today and I'm never going there again. At first she was very patient with me being this my first time. I asked for hot fudge with my sundae and she told me that they were out which was fine but later I realize why they ran out. I ended up ordering a sundae with m&ms and chocolate sauce. I receive the icecream littered with a bag's worth of m&ms and an inch thick of chocolate sauce rendering it inedible to humans. I've never ever had to bring something back because I was so unsatisfied but I had no choice seeing as I couldn't eat it. I told her if she could remake it because I couldn't eat it the way she made it and she said "I only gave you two squirts of chocolate"...what is that supposed to mean to me? Idk your portions. Although I'm pretty sure the customer is always right. Either way two squirts does not equal an inch of chocolate. Then she says " I'll remake it but I didn't pick your toppings for you" very rudely in tone. She then tells me that they were out of m&ms XD gee I wonder why? My wife, kids and I always buy here, but this will be our last time. I ordered two Oreo churros and a mango smoothie with bobba. We got our churros and tasted like old oil flavor and very soggy. Our mango smoothie was good at first till we realized there was no bobba after one sip. I took it back and they said they didn't charge me for bobba. So I paid for bobba. I politely asked the young lady to add the bobba and smoothie into a larger cup so it doesn't overflow. She mixed it up in new cup and overflowed it. She poured the rest down the drain. Wednesday 23 April, Lazy employee took 10mins to take a banana from the back and cut it seems like she almost fell asleep on it. And after more than 10mins waiting, look at her cut a banana and still didn’t take my order I left without ordering cuz it’s insane too be that slow and she probably doesn’t care about customer, smoothie paradise doesn’t need our money.
