Game Over — Local services in Colorado Springs

Update: Product was finally delivered and was exactly what i wanted but it did miss Christmas. They did a good job with everything but i cant give it 5 stars since there was no way to get a hold of them or leave a message. If i could have talked to them and they take 20 seconds to explain the situation i would have been ok with it, but not knowing what was going on and not being able to talk to someone sucked. I would and will definitely shop there again though.

Purchased a hoodie online days ago. Said it would ship within 24 hours. Haven't received any tracking information. Tried to call them but their phone is off and the voicemail box is full. Pretty sure I just got taken for $120.00. Will update review if owners resolve...

Purchased a Raiders watch from here, my father in law opened it, and it fell apart. My husband went back he was going to ask for a replacement but was greeted by rude staff asking if we broke it or if my husband was not sure if my father in law broke it. Then, she (staff member) proceeded to make condicending remarks asking for a recipts being that they never offered us one when we purchased the watch. Finally, they offered a "refund" after doing their job and looking up the purchase history by name but charged us a stocking fee? I've purchased here before and never had a bad experience until this day... completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service...

I went to the store at the Citadel Location. They were suppose to be open at 11am and it was 11:45am and the doors weren't open. I reached out to the store and guy by the name of Will called me and was deeply apologetic for the store not being open. I went the next day and they were open on time and Im sure the guy I was talking was Will, which is who i spoke to on the phone. He was very nice and helped me find what I needed and also gave me a discount for the mishap...
