This company is terrible. I had originally sought out the picnic basket but ended up with these yahoo. I did not want barbecue at my wedding so I am not sure how or why this happened. After 6 months, 10 different quotes, our final quote doubling from the original given quote, and a very uncomfortable and unnecessarily tense walk through of our venue with this company, we decided to not go with them for our wedding. They just couldn't be upfront with us and to top it off the food was meh. Luckily with only three months, we were able to find an amazing catering co out of the highlands and our big day turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, it was no thanks to this company or its sister company (?) the picnic basket. I recommend saving your time and looking else where, particularly if you want a positive experience with your caterer.

I think the response below is the exact type of passive aggressive nonsense you can expect when dealing with this company, super stressful, super unprofessional. All anyone planning a weddings really needs to know is that we paid a deposit, and that our quote kept changing right up until the walk through while our menu stayed exactly the same. At the walk through we were handed a quote that doubled in price and I repeat the menu was exactly the same. If you wish to have a non-stressfull, non-drama filled wedding planning experience, I highly recommend All Love catering out of the Highlands. The food was incredible, and the owner of the company (head chef) and catering coordinator were just the sweetest kindest...

You know you chose the right caterer when everyone at the wedding reception raves about how delicious the food is. The staff at Buffalo Gals is top notch... from the owner, to the administrative staff, to the servers... their priority is always to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We had a complimentary taste testing a few months before the wedding and were impressed by their professionalism and joie-de-vivre. These folks LOVE what they do! We made some adjustments to the menu to better suit our theme and never once did the owner make us feel bad about wanting to make a change.

At the reception, the serving staff were courteous and prompt in bringing food to the tables. They attended to every guests' needs and unobtrusively removed finished plates.

We had scrumptious appetizers (sausage stuffed mushrooms, butternut squash soup shooters, bacon-wrapped almond-stuffed dates, hot artichoke-spinach dip) and a soul-satisfying dinner (caesar salad, grilled seasonal veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled tri-tip sirloin, mango salsa grilled chicken). Dinner was served family-style: platters of food were brought to the tables so guests could serve up what they wanted. It's a perfect blend of a buffet & a plated dinner, at just the right price.
