The Point Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Molly was incredibly rude.. I have come to this establishment. I'm gonna say maybe 7 times in 8 years out of all The Times I've been there. The last time that I went was the worst time i'd ever been there. I was served a drink that was sour. Great fruit juice had gone bad. I let her know that. The juice was not good. Her response to me Was she just opened It.... She served everyone else That came into the bar and closed out her tickets before she even Came back and asked if she can get me a new drink. I watched her serve 5 new people that came Another woman that came in close someone else's tag out before I Decided to put my coat on and that's when she came over And said she was getting ready to get my drink now. 15 minutes after I told her that my drink was sour. Didn't even check it. She couldn't even take the time to look at the juice. Smell it nothing. And the person that I was with could smell it that it was bad. The Juice sour from where he was sitting. We paid for his 2 drinks that he actually got. And drank before I could even get my first one replaced and we were gonna order food. But she never even offered us a menu.. This is an old establishment .. We did call and ask if Molly was a new bartender and turns out that she is not a new bartender. She has been there for quite a long time. She needs to really treat everyone that walks in equally. I am a bartender myself. So I know that when someone comes to me and tells me that they're drink is no good. I apologize and I make them a new one right away. It's unfortunate that this was my last experience...

The Point is a small local dive bar on the west side of Colorado Springs. I have eaten the wings, their burger and their fish and chips. The food was acceptably good and the beer cold. They play music, typically country or classic rock. The clientele seems to be mostly older long time regulars. The bar staff is friendly and I have never experienced any kind of ruckus from the other patrons. They have a Golden Tee golf video game which is fun if you are into that type of thing. I am not a bar person normally however I have a good friend that goes there regularly and sometimes I join him. We have some wings and a beer or two and play 18 holes of Golden Tee with a couple other people and chat between teeing off. I had never seen or heard of this place before. I looked up places close to my job. I should have known this place was atrocious from the way the person answered the phone when I placed an order for pick up. They just said hello. Didn't even say the business name. Then I told them my order they just said ok 15 min. Didn't ask for name or number.... the only reason I give 1 star is because of the nice little old man at the bar that took my payment. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. AWFUL. I am not kidding when I say it was THE WORST quesadilla in my 25 years. The chicken tasted like old chemicals. I spit it out after the first bite. And the "Pico de gallo" is just water and some small chunks of tomato and greens. Idk about drinks but I would not recomend food there. I wonder if they are...
