Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Everything is undercooked. Hash browns are soggy and limp, mine didn’t even have a browned surface. French toast was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Again undercooked but also the taste was just bad. The syrup was watered down, tasted more like sugar water and would drop off everything because it was so watered down. The hollandaise on the eggs Benedict was just gross and thick, again approaching the worst I’ve ever had. The servers were nice but we wanted to move outside and the host said that wasn’t possible since we would be switching servers. We had just ordered and had only been there a couple minutes. I worked in the service industry for years, I would have tipped our first server as well, it wasn’t a big deal to us. We wanted to move outside because it was just really noisy inside. You can tell they want to have the feel of a big city diner but it’s more like Applebees telling you they are are a fine steak house. The kitchen is open to the restaurant, so you’re just going to hear the cook smashing around on his flat top that he doesn’t know how to turn the heat up on. It’s impressive how somebody can make so much noise making terrible tasting food. Our table was less than a foot from the table beside us. It was just awkward trying to have a conversation while somebody is crunching on some toast beside you. They have old coffee mugs from thrift stores for coffee, it looks cool till you notice that none of them are cleaned. They are all stained, even on the outside. It gives the feel that nothing is ever washed. Seriously. I mostly leave positive reviews, but I’m just so annoyed I wasted my breakfast on this place because it had good reviews. Save yourself the misery and please...

Originally I gave this place 5 stars. I thought the food was good and I really did give the servers the benefit of the doubt because every time I went there they were so busy so I figured that was the reason they were not friendly. There are a couple that are always nice. Also, The food the past couple of times hadn't been good at all. It had been a couple months since we ate there so this morning I though maybe it was me. So I called In a order and yes I did it when they opened but had to because myself, husband and son had little time before we all had to be at our jobs. The girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. It was a blond girl and I didn't catch her name but who ever hired her needs to rethink it. I understand people are hard to come by but she will cause more harm than good. She told me 15 minutes. I went and still waited another 15. No Hello, Good morning or how are you. Very very hateful and very bothered by the fact that I was there. She told me to go to my car and wait. A Burnette lady had a smile and said good morning but not one other person did. On top of that when I get home the food was horrible which at that point couldnt eat it even if would have been good because we ran out of time. Not sure what happened to this place but it's obvious that they don't like the customers. I will not waste my money at this...

Service with a smile and a friendly face. The first day we ate here it was quiet but the second day it was busier and a bit noisier. I love supporting a family place and this for sure was that. A cute little boy was sitting at the counter talking with all the staff and I assume he was related to someone working. It made me feel excited to be supporting a place that is family friendly.

They had great options to choose from and were very accommodating to change a dish for better liking.

On the first day I had the French toast with banana and Carmel. The French toast was perfectly cooked not too moist and not too dry. The only thing I might add would be some sugared walnuts or pecans.

On the second day I had the veggie omelet with hash browns. I always ask for my hash browns to be crispy but these were too crispy. The omelet was ok but not spectacular for a place called Omelets and more. I love a spiced-up omelet this veggie omelet would have been perfect with maybe a touch of everything bagel or salt and pepper even. Bland eggs are just Grose.

But as you can tell the food was good enough that I went back, and I for sure will put this place on my list of restaurants ok to go to again when...

Don’t trust the reviews of this place. Came in 2:10 to eat lunch, ordered sandwiches. Got told the fryer was being cleaned and we couldn’t get fries, so we took the offered hash browns. The hash browns that were served were so stale and old they were crunchy and sour tasting. The bacon on the sandwich was similarly poor, cooked hours before. The guests who came in after us got fresh hot fries, so it’s unclear if they just don’t like us or if they always clean the fryer before they close. This isn’t my first bad experience here but it will be my last. Two stars for service because after flagging the waitress and asking fresh hash browns were served but it’s disgusting that these were allowed to leave the kitchen in the first place.

Doesn't look like much from the outside. Pretty cool interior finish. Really like the open framing and ductwork ceiling finish. We were there @ about 7am on a Thursday morning and were about the 3rd table. The wait staff was fast, friendly, and definitely wanted to keep the coffees filled. The food was good, not amazing, but really, breakfast food is tough to really wow you with. I had the breakfast burrito and it was good and filling. Wasn't quite as flavorful as I expected, but not bad either. I took a picture of the signage so you can see what look for. The restaurant is not super recognizable from moving traffic. Long story short, I would go back if I were in the area.
