King Soopers as a whole: The deals/digital coupons are good and so are the feul points. This location: has a points redeeming gas station across the street from it. The store is small and limited on options though. Super old rickity carts , refrigerated doors with dairy and cheese that dont stay shut. Newly installed but look 10yrs old. Very limited deli/bakery item choices. Ive observed the employees at this one as overall friendly, helpful and hard working. Any time of day i go there. Their shop for you and you pick up service is on point too. Self checkout has improoved greatly with half of them recently upgraded. Still not as good as walmart and safeway though. Its really annoying how slow they are to recognize weight and allow you to scan the next item. Its ridiculous you have to have assistance for coupons still even on the new ones...

I sometimes feel bad for King Soopers. Ever since its soul mate and business partner Queen Soopers ran off with The Mattress King, the poor King of Soopers hasn't been the same. The King of Soopers was less expensive back then but I guess that would make sense since the market of Soopers was flooded with joyous and delicious sales. Regardless of your relationship status, I will always appreciate your effort and your competitive nature. "Hail to the King, baby". This concludes my review. Thank you for reading.

Staff is always middling and well its a king soopers in Colorado springs. Which means there are more checkout lanes than the space allows for, thereby causing the customers to form lines stretching down the shopping aisles. This, obviously, lends itself to one inevitably being directly in the way of other shoppers leading to the always awkward interaction of attempting to move out if the way just to have your actions mirrored and the horror never stops. The one thing they did have going for them was the pre-made meatloaf, but alas, as expected by these stores in the springs, they have officially stopped making the meatloaf. Honestly I cant find any real redeeming qualities, all the Kroger brand stores in the area suffer the same ill...
