I’m still in shock, I went here today because my normal nail place was booked,,with my daughter,.I asked for pink and white ombré. The lady Susan was the one to be doing my nails.. ! I was telling her what I wanted my nails to look like, she said ok. I asked a few questions about the nails she chose to glue on because I wanted coffin shaped nails and she put on wide curved nails. When I asked about that she was super offended or something,, started talking in her language to the old lady. Old lady came over and said the pink powder for pink and white would not work ???? So i said what will work? She said they only know how to do nude and white ombré “,and if you don’t like you can go somewhere else,,”Susan said “ just let me do my job” you talk like I don’t know how to do my job..” Mind you,, I was excited to get mine and my daughters nails done. I was completely friendly, Even tried to small talk, when I started questioning my shape ( which I’m supposed to tell them how I would like my nails right?) seriously what just happened. I’ve never been in a situation like this, ever. I left there with SQUARE wide and SUPER thick acrylic. And again , they said I could only get nude and white. Even though I had pink powder I already picked out. The worst nail shop situation I’ve had. I’m in shock because i don’t even know where the attitude and rudeness came from?? Maybe it’s the was I look because I’m brown. It was out of left field. Don’t ask questions or tell them how you would like your nails! I would have just left but all my tips were glued on and the white part of my acrylic was on. I should have known when I saw other reviews on here. They also charged me extra upon leaving. Went in for a fill asking for burgundy matte color, probably one of the most common colors at the moment especially with the holidays coming. The older gentleman did an awesome job filling my nails but then passed me off to a different woman to put the color on, she goes to put the matte on and it’s complete sparkles. She wipes it off in a hurry and starts looking for the matte and you can tell they can’t find the one they usually use so she starts using a different matte on me. After doing it once and it not turning matte, she wipes it off starts again and looks at me and tells me she’s going to do a glossy finish because they’re not coming out right. I tell her no, i want matte, i don’t like shiny, so she tells me I’m done then and sends me to the front to pay. I tell her i don’t like them at all, they came out like nothing they were supposed to look like, I ask her how much and she charges me full price. I ended with half glossy, half semi matte nails. The ONLY reason I paid without arguing is because i had been there for an hour and a half and was running late to work. Super upset that even after I voiced that they were wrong they decided to charge me the full price. I definitely will not be going back. I guess there was a reason I didn’t have to wait to...

4/2022 Update: Not sure if the business was sold to someone else because the service quality has gone down substantially. I’ve been coming here since the early to mid 2000s and don’t see Mr Lee or Ms Tina any longer. The women who did mine and my daughter’s spa pedicures did a horrible job. They each pulled the meat from under our big toe nails creating ingrown toe nails that bled profusely. We each ended up getting infections and my daughter had to see a podiatrist to fix it. I thought it was maybe a one off and tried going in 2 more times despite the previous bad experience and was blown off each time. I was told rudely they were too busy each time.l and told to come back. The last time was the 3rd strike for me. I will not be going back sadly. Not only did I receive a terrible pedicure the prices have gone up significantly. What was once $25 is now $50. Run don’t walk.

Previous: The price and service are pretty good, although it can be hit and miss with quality and attention to detail with some particular people. I do miss when they offered military, senior and student 10% discounts.
