I usually have a lot of issues at this Taco Bell. I always try to give it another chance because it’s the one closest to my house. There’s a lot of issues such as every time I try to go here and order Cinnabon coffee they tell me their machine is broken. It’s been going on like that for at least six months. But I had a really terrible experience in there today. I went in to order a big order of items for my family to bring home for lunch, I always order my daughter’s quesadilla with no chipotle sauce because she doesn’t like it. It’s too spicy for her And yet once we got home and she started eating it, it had the sauce on it and she could not eat it and this has happened several times at this Taco Bell. They seem to always put the sauce on when I ask for no sauce so this is definitely not the first time that’s happened. I also was missing an item from my order that was my Main item for what I was going to eat. I was missing my gordita. On top of that I use the kiosk and I put my name in it when I initially made my order. That name being Adena. I’m sitting with my daughter, waiting for our order and the manager calls out the name Adriana. To me that is nowhere close to my name I don’t even have an ‘r’ in my name So I don’t really respond. The manager starts calling out what’s in order and I can tell that’s my order so I start walking up. He rudely throws the bag down on the counter and walks away. Doesn’t even say one word to me so all I can say As I grabbed the bag is, “my name is not Adriana.” But the manager has already walked off in a huff as if I’m stupid and can’t hear my own name being called. Getting home to find out the order was messed up was just the icing...
Read moreWhat a disappointment! Don’t go if you are wanting late night food! We had just returned from a quick trip to Denver, and we had opted to eat once we got to the Springs, as we didn’t want to extend how late we would be driving on the road. I despise Taco Bell, as I don’t think the vegetarian options are adequate or appealing, but my husband convinced me otherwise. Since it was 11:30pm, we had limited places available, maybe two or three options in the area. With my husband’s pleading, I caved and said I would go to Taco Bell, as they might be the only decent option. By making this choice, we would not have time to make it to other food places prior to those places’ closing time. I figured this wouldn’t be an issue, as we wouldn’t need to go elsewhere. We got nearer to Taco Bell, and I was actually starting to get excited looking at the menu online. We were starving and tired. Then, as we pull up through the drive through we were told “sorry. Not taking orders. System is down.” Both of us believe this was an excuse by the employees to avoid making food, as ‘the system’ appeared fine from our view. The location was supposed to be open for another half hour! What’s the point of offering late night food, if you won’t serve it?? By opting to go to Taco Bell, we lost the opportunity to go to any other late night food options in the area, because we would not arrive in time before closing. You lost two very hungry customers this night-two customers that may have returned again and again had we been served. Will not be returning. And I doubt my husband will be able to talk me into taking a chance on...
Read moreLet me start, I stopped in for lunch. Ordered at kiosk, combo #3 no lettuce, no onion and extra meat. At this time 2 military gentlemen ordered at next kiosk. Easy 20 min goes by, and multiple folks have ordered and gotten there meals. Myself and the gentlemen proceeded to counter and asked about our orders. The manager stated oh it isn't coming up on our screen, it'll be a few. So we wait, the gentlemen got there food first and immediately noted they did get all there food. One of their orders was so so jacked, she huffingly threw it out and remade it. The other gentlemen had a missing item and just said forget it. Now my turn 5min later I'm standing at counter and she starts to make another order. Surely not mine as I requested no lettuce or onion and extra meat. Wrapped it up and called my name. I thanked her and reminded her of my request, again extra huffing, grabbed my bag threw it out walked off line, as now my break is over, I requested a refund. Manager stated just give him his frickin money back. The drive-thru lady proceeded to fiddle around with the register, and stated she was new. Ummm since I'm often in the area trust me I recognize her, but I played her game. The receipt printed and I asked for a copy, she told me she couldn't as it's proof for the district manager. I politely asked her to just reprint it. Now it's her turn for an attitude, I'll make you a copy then. I said thank you. This taco bell in my opinion is in a prime area, and Just about every time there is an issue with the simplest task (No lettuce, no onion). I'll never return to this one....
