It is currently 20:58. The current male employee behind the mic is rude and disregarded everything we said. We asked for a number 2 supreme, he added a number 1 which was okay. My boy friend corrected it, in which the employee sighed and gave attitude yet didn’t correct the order change and continued to interrupt and say “is there anything else you want.” My boyfriend then apologized multiple times for the misunderstanding only to receive another “is there anything else you want.” We pulled up to the window where my boyfriend yet again asked the female employee to verify the order in which she then said was still a #1. We got that fixed with her and the got our food. All of the tacos were wrong and cold. I went inside to get it fixed and the lady who fixed our order yet again was professional and offered to get a manager to take care of it. At this point the manager (5’2, black/brown hair, female, face piercing) came out with attitude and had me explain everything that had happened. She then proceeded to question my honesty about what I ordered and how her employee responded. She forced me to take all of my tacos out of the bag and open them in front of her. Saying “I only see one taco there” after showing her all the food was there and wrong she looked at me and said “okay so what do you want a refund or something.” I walked out after that. This is disgusting. Not okay.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The employees are rude. I placed a mobile order to pick up and went through the drive thru. I checked everything in the bag to make sure it was correct and I had all items. We left and went back home 15+min drive. Once we got home my husband noticed the rice and beans side had beans underneath when I requested NO BEANS seemed like they tried to hide their mistake. The quesadillas were burnt like black, there was barely chicken in the quesadillas, there was lettuce in the quesadillas. I called the first time someone answered and I talked to them in a nice way then he walked away and was talking badly about me and hung up. I called 4 times till someone picked up and I told them what happened and I over heard them in the background talking badly about me. The manager was very rude and adamant about I need to bring up the food if I wanted a refund. I used to work at Taco Bell and not once have I ever treated a customer like this. I wanted to go back but my kids and my family were hungry so I had to spend another $45 for them to actually eat edible food.

The only time I complain about a place is when there were multiple issues. The first issue here was the snow pack walking in. There was no salt or any effort to shovel, and we got there around lunchtime. Then, we waited a long time to order. It took the cook having to tell the cashier to go take our order. When we finally got to order, we were told there were no fried items available (I was really looking forward to the fries and a chalupa). I settled for a quesadilla and that’s when I really got frustrated. It was not cut and only a third of it had chicken. I asked for a knife or for the cook to cut it and was told they had no knife’s and given hesitance to cut it. I realized it wasn’t a good idea to send my food back in case they did something bad to it, so I ended up wasting $25 and most of the quesadilla I settled for. Worst location and worst experience at a TB!

I usually have a lot of issues at this Taco Bell. I always try to give it another chance because it’s the one closest to my house. There’s a lot of issues such as every time I try to go here and order Cinnabon coffee they tell me their machine is broken. It’s been going on like that for at least six months. But I had a really terrible experience in there today. I went in to order a big order of items for my family to bring home for lunch, I always order my daughter’s quesadilla with no chipotle sauce because she doesn’t like it. It’s too spicy for her And yet once we got home and she started eating it, it had the sauce on it and she could not eat it and this has happened several times at this Taco Bell. They seem to always put the sauce on when I ask for no sauce so this is definitely not the first time that’s happened. I also was missing an item from my order that was my Main item for what I was going to eat. I was missing my gordita. On top of that I use the kiosk and I put my name in it when I initially made my order. That name being Adena. I’m sitting with my daughter, waiting for our order and the manager calls out the name Adriana. To me that is nowhere close to my name I don’t even have an ‘r’ in my name So I don’t really respond. The manager starts calling out what’s in order and I can tell that’s my order so I start walking up. He rudely throws the bag down on the counter and walks away. Doesn’t even say one word to me so all I can say As I grabbed the bag is, “my name is not Adriana.” But the manager has already walked off in a huff as if I’m stupid and can’t hear my own name being called. Getting home to find out the order was messed up was just the icing...

What a disappointment! Don’t go if you are wanting late night food! We had just returned from a quick trip to Denver, and we had opted to eat once we got to the Springs, as we didn’t want to extend how late we would be driving on the road. I despise Taco Bell, as I don’t think the vegetarian options are adequate or appealing, but my husband convinced me otherwise. Since it was 11:30pm, we had limited places available, maybe two or three options in the area. With my husband’s pleading, I caved and said I would go to Taco Bell, as they might be the only decent option. By making this choice, we would not have time to make it to other food places prior to those places’ closing time. I figured this wouldn’t be an issue, as we wouldn’t need to go elsewhere. We got nearer to Taco Bell, and I was actually starting to get excited looking at the menu online. We were starving and tired. Then, as we pull up through the drive through we were told “sorry. Not taking orders. System is down.” Both of us believe this was an excuse by the employees to avoid making food, as ‘the system’ appeared fine from our view. The location was supposed to be open for another half hour! What’s the point of offering late night food, if you won’t serve it?? By opting to go to Taco Bell, we lost the opportunity to go to any other late night food options in the area, because we would not arrive in time before closing. You lost two very hungry customers this night-two customers that may have returned again and again had we been served. Will not be returning. And I doubt my husband will be able to talk me into taking a chance on...

Let me start, I stopped in for lunch. Ordered at kiosk, combo #3 no lettuce, no onion and extra meat. At this time 2 military gentlemen ordered at next kiosk. Easy 20 min goes by, and multiple folks have ordered and gotten there meals. Myself and the gentlemen proceeded to counter and asked about our orders. The manager stated oh it isn't coming up on our screen, it'll be a few. So we wait, the gentlemen got there food first and immediately noted they did get all there food. One of their orders was so so jacked, she huffingly threw it out and remade it. The other gentlemen had a missing item and just said forget it. Now my turn 5min later I'm standing at counter and she starts to make another order. Surely not mine as I requested no lettuce or onion and extra meat. Wrapped it up and called my name. I thanked her and reminded her of my request, again extra huffing, grabbed my bag threw it out walked off line, as now my break is over, I requested a refund. Manager stated just give him his frickin money back. The drive-thru lady proceeded to fiddle around with the register, and stated she was new. Ummm since I'm often in the area trust me I recognize her, but I played her game. The receipt printed and I asked for a copy, she told me she couldn't as it's proof for the district manager. I politely asked her to just reprint it. Now it's her turn for an attitude, I'll make you a copy then. I said thank you. This taco bell in my opinion is in a prime area, and Just about every time there is an issue with the simplest task (No lettuce, no onion). I'll never return to this one....
