Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I always have a great experience at this Little Ceasers. I order online from their app which is easy to navigate. It has all of their menu items along with the caloric index of each item, lots of meat choices and vegetarian as well and drinks and desert too. When you decide on your order they start you on a 'tracker' and you can keep track of your pizzas progress and when its done they send a confirmation email saying as much and a ccde to use at the pizza portal where you'll find your hot out of the oven order waiting. You enter the code the door opens you grab your hot food and then a 2 liter beverage you ordered out of the cooler next to the portal and your out the door. Quality, consistancy, and I never spoke to anyone during the entire process. Great! The parking can be a challenge...

My pizza wasnt hot and ready it was warm and unchewable. My pizza had two layers of crust the cheese and sauce circumference was short by 1 inch bc someone couldnt take 5 more seconds to make the pizza properly. If you dont care enough about what you are serving you shouldnt be working a food job. Make a new pizza and have it ready the way ceasars standard says. This pizza was multiple hours old and was still sold to me. Stop being lazy standing behind the counter all day do your job. Rememver where you are and who you are serving these are the people that defend our freedoms and their families! ALWAYS GET YOUR PIZZA...

I was craving the pretzel pizza as this is my favorite pizza from there. I went in a ordered a pretzel pizza, when I looked at my pizza I seen pizza sauce on it so I check the online menu to see does the pretzel pizza not come with cheese sauce no more. It does come with cheese sauce or pizza sauce. Well this guy who took my order never asked me and to my knowledge I thought it would come with cheese sauce automatically as that is what is normal on that pizza. How he didn’t ask made me so upset as I was craving this pizza so bad and it was ruined because of this. I basically got a pepperoni pizza with salt on...
